Winged Victory...
The Winged Victory of Samothrace - a second century B.C marble sculpture of the Greek Goddess Nike.
This goddess of victory, who stands guard in the Louvre in Paris, is a favourite of mine and even though she doesn't have much to do with Easter I thought we could all do with a little watching over these holidays.
