Shoe Porn.

I'm not a big designer shoe person, but I may have met my match.
These are the sickest statement heels I've seen in a while.
MELTING WAX HEELS?!?! Are you kidding me? So so so good.
And the colors...oh the colors.
Rodarte, keep blowing my mind!

PS. These shoes aren't actually wax...just wax looking.

It Girl.

Miss Alexa Chung is, in my opinion, the "It" girl crush of the blogging world right now.
She's always adorable and has a style which is unique but still approachable, and realistic.
So I was more than delighted to hear that she was collaborating with Madewell, the cool younger sister of J Crew. The first showing was yesterday, and it did not disappoint!
Preppy, laid back, girly looks that could very easily fit into my wardrobe.
I hope that she continues working with them, I'd love to see what else they could come up with.

Some Cravings.

The air is getting crisper, and although I favour the warmth of the summer sun, I have to accept that fall is creeping in. With it comes a whole new conundrum: what to wear when it's too cold for bare legs, but too warm for woolen everything.
This is where the internet comes in handy!
Here is my short list of what I am dreaming of for fall...
And yes, I will soon be the proud owner of that white turban :)
I am counting down the days.

Clever Nettle: Southwestern Printed Jacket

Going To Blow Out Some Candles and Eat Some Cake!

Today is my 21st birthday!
I promise to make this a well documented party, but in the meantime, here are some of my Fall/Winter 2010 favourites. I know it's a little late since the S/S11 shows will be happening in the upcoming month, but I figure it's more weather appropriate now.
Boy Band of Outsiders, Charles Anastaste (seriously one of my favourites),
Chloe, Acne, Diane von Furstenburg, Erin Fetherston, DKNY, Rachel Comey,Sonia Rykiel.

Happiness: It Comes Like A Train On A Track.

An eclectic mix of fun prints, amped up prints, and kooky accessories;
I am just loving the fall/winter 2010 collection from Suno.
Who wouldn't want to be this girl?
