{ go west, young glam } part 1

i've returned from my trek west, from the homeland of
spikes and saddlery.

it's interesting how a change of scenery quickly affects not only your mental state, but also your attitude toward your own physicality, including what feels right to wear.

though i may still have looked very much the displaced new yorker - sheer black tights, coffee cup clutched - within the first two hours of the trip i had scored my first-ever hoodie, purchased from a roadside dollar store. how did i live so long without one of these?!?!
