all tomorrow's parties

last week, i asked for your help deciding how to fill my new yves saint laurent frames (big thanks to all who commented!), and the overwhelming majority voted for option:
(a) a soft, mid-tint, fawn ombre lens :

because i was a fan of all three choices, i was relieved to acquiesce control over the decision! i'm very pleased with the result, but was surprised by how much the lenses absorb light from the rose-tinted frames, so that they look quite pinkish in bright light ~ it is an unexpected, but not unwelcome twist.

vintage yves saint laurent sunnies, reworked vintage dress (i added the fringe), vintage silk crepe pants, self-designed necklace

i just finished this necklace yesterday. it might be part of a special mini-collection that i might be designing for maybe a wee etsy shop. perhaps. i'm not telling ;)
